瀨戶內海｜Benesse House｜訂房教學｜我心中的夢幻旅館（上）

想要去直島，因為那裡有安藤忠雄蓋的美術館，入住美術館內的Benesse House是我的夢想，這一次的入住可以說是蒐集安藤忠雄建築的旅途上又蓋了一個章。

「建築，要讓人能夠與自然對話」─安藤忠雄

清水模，英文名稱是「Exposed Concrete」，從字面上就可以得知清水模的屬性『直接』、『裸露』、『沒有任何的裝飾』，這種看似簡單的建築其實非常費工，若在灌漿的過程中稍有閃失或比例沒有調整好，水泥沒有分布均勻，就無法完成細密光滑的清水模牆面，越是簡單越是需要精湛的技藝。

作為清水模大師的安藤忠雄，他不只擅長建造清水模建築，為何會被稱作『技藝』，會蓋房子沒什麼，然而安藤忠雄最厲害的是建造有如藝術品的建築，將大自然『光』、『水』、『風』的元素融入至建築，在他的建築裡可以享受到光影的變化，在都市叢林也可以感受水的清涼爽快，即使在炎熱的夏天也能感受清水模帶來的涼快，在俯拾皆是藝術品的直島，Benesse House的存在就是一件藝術品。

Benesse House房型介紹

Benesse House一共有四種主題的房型，分別坐落在不同的區域，分別是Museum、Oval、Park及Beach。以下稍做介紹：

    • Museum房型：
      • 位在美術館內，共有8間，每間房間都有不同藝術家的繪畫作品，每間房間都有陽台可以眺望瀨戶內海的美景【五歲以下幼兒不能入住】
      • 基本房價如下圖

  • 302-305是雙人套房
    201-204是豪華雙人套房(可以加床至3人)
    306和301都可以注入4人
    • Oval房型：
      • 位在美術館的山頂上，利用單軌纜車出入，共有6間，
        每間都能藉由大型的落地窗享有瀨戶內海的美景。
      • Benesse House Oval不對未入住橢圓形的客人開放
      • 針對Oval的房客，Oval Lounge酒廊有供應早餐
      • 五歲以下幼兒不能入住
      • 基本房價如下圖

  • 401-402、405-406都是雙人套房(405沒有可出入的陽台)
    403-404可入住4人
    • Park房型：
      • 位在美術館旁的綠地，綠地延伸依舊是一望無遺的瀨戶內海，還有散佈在四週的公共藝術作品。Park雖然建築本體依舊是清水模，但房間的內部都是使用木製裝潢，共有41間。
      • 0-5歲幼兒可以入住，不算在雙人房2人入住的人數內
      • 基本房價如下圖

  • 1102-1115是2張床的雙人套房
    1116-1120是1張床的雙人套房
    1202-1216是2張床的豪華雙人套房
    1217-1221是1張床的豪華雙人套房
    1101、1201(2樓)是可以睡至多3人的套房
    • Beach房型：
      • 是Benesse House最接近海灘的建築，適合家庭入住但房間最少，共8間房，和PARK一樣內部裝潢是安藤忠雄少數的木造建築結構，入住時可以好好欣賞。
      • 【0-5歲幼兒可入住，而且不算在兩張床2的Suite房型可入住的人數內】
      • 基本房價如下圖

  • 2101-2104位於1樓是可以睡至多3人的雙床套房(還有一張沙發床能容納額外的客人)
    2202-2203位於2樓 是可以睡至多3人的雙床套房(還有一張沙發床能容納額外的客人)
    2201、2204是1張特大雙人床的套房(建議6歲以上的客人入住)
    (2201有需要使用耳機的藝術作品)

雖然每一個主題我都喜歡，但想在清水模的世界睡一晚，當時在Museum和Oval之間選了許久，Oval的進出比較麻煩需要用到纜車，而我們初次到直島想要隨時進出拍照，最後訂了位於2樓的Deluxe Twin。

  • 位於官網的訂房價格
    201號房一碗的價格是49896/1間房
    早餐5226日圓/2人

Oval只對入住的房客開放，但若是入住Benesse House就可以預約Oval Lounge前往小酌一杯，這也是當時訂Museum的原因之一(距離較近)。

Ps.Oval Lounge的開放時間只有週四、五、六，開放時間21：00-23：00

最後我要來介紹怎麼GET IT！訂房以我入住的Museum201號房為例：

      • 請點官網，打開首頁後將網頁轉換成英文頁面，並直接在下方的日期欄選好要入住的日期。
      • 按下搜尋，會跳出另一個分頁，請依照自己的喜好選擇房型以及要入住的區域。
      • 在Museum201仍未被訂走的情況下，搜尋後的第一個選擇就是這個房型，這裡會顯示房間價格以及房間的資訊，確定後按下BOOK訂房鍵。
      • 系統轉換到下圖後，請再次核對所有資料，不需要填寫下方的信箱，請直接按下『Reserve without sign in』。
      • 來到這個頁面是要選擇是否需要預訂早、晚餐，共有兩間餐廳可供選擇。
      • Terrace Restaurant 海の星 (Umi no Hoshi) Etoile de la mer

        提供早、晚餐，晚餐是法式料理，菜單可上官網查詢；
        早餐是BUFFET，以下是需要注意的項目：

·自助早餐若無法使用時會依據入住情況更改為美式早餐。
·可以為房客準備晚餐特別菜單但至少提前五天告知飯店。
·取消預約將會收取50%的費用。
·菜單和價格可能會更改，恕不另行通知。
      • Museum Restaurant Issen

        有早、中、晚餐，是日式料理，這間餐廳有些規定需要注意：

·晚餐時段不接待6歲以下兒童。
·取消預約將會收取50%的費用。
·午餐預訂僅適用於6人或以上的團體。【接受11:30或13:00的座位預訂】
·菜單項和價格如有變更，恕不另行通知。

 

 

      • 點選完餐點類型後，繼續往下填入訂房資料。
      • 看完飯店對於個資處理的部分，就可以按下『Complete Reservation』完成訂房。
        系統並沒有要填寫任何信用卡資料，當時我們是退房時在櫃台將房費結清，請做一個有信用的旅人，不要no show 。
    • 完成預約後，系統會立即發送確認信件。

我覺得Benesse House的訂房程序相對其他日本飯店是很親人且容易達陣的，那住宿心得就等到下集再來分享囉！
