㕩肉舖Pankoko燒肉專門店|百年老厝吃飛驒和牛|近赤崁樓巷子內|台南市中西區

 ▍前言

老婆好友趁著假期來台南玩,四人晚餐約了在台南評價還不錯的「㕩肉舖 Pankoko × 燒肉專門店」吃燒肉;

㕩肉舖 Pankoko位置在台南市赤崁樓對面的一條巷子內,目標不是很明顯,必須走進巷子內快到底才能看到小招牌,第一次去還找了一下,是剛好看到㕩肉舖 Pankoko店員招手指引才得救 😆 。

 

快走到門口,就聞到陣陣的木炭味與烤肉香,真的名符其實的Pankoko(香噴噴)耶。


 ▍店內環境

店內的擺設還蠻單純的,除了一進們的三張桌子,可以分別坐四組客人,以及一牆之隔的適合散客的吧台區,以及擺放肉品的透明冰櫃,沒有多餘的裝飾,簡潔俐落。

 ▌沾醬與調味粉

店家提供的沾醬有3種,分別是日式烤肉醬 、 柚子胡椒 、 小農檸檬汁;調味粉也有胡椒鹽、竹鹽、七味粉3種,個人比較喜歡吃原味,所以都沒有特意去沾;

不過熱心的店員在代烤時會建議我們可以沾什麼醬或是直接幫我們灑上適量的調味粉增添風味,也蠻不錯的(果然是專業阿~~),喜歡自己來的朋友也可以試試喔。

 ▌蘋果泥泡菜

很開胃的蘋果泥泡菜,微微的辣,味道與韓式泡菜不同。

 ▌吼!有夠香日本和牛牛油伴飯

鄭重推薦這道,真的超級好吃,將蛋黃、蔥花及白飯攪散,挖起一口吃下,第一次吃超驚豔,味道超香、超好吃,這次來還是一樣愛,早知道自己點一碗,不用和老婆分著吃 😆 。

配著剛烤好的燒肉吃也很搭,來第二碗我也可以吃光(認真),大推。

 ▌韓式泡菜

老婆吃燒烤必點的韓式泡菜與生菜,而且一定要夾著剛烤好的肉吃才行。


 ▌㕩哥嚴選Beef綜合盤(板腱、肋條與沙朗)

晚餐的主角,肉品上桌後,店員發揮燒烤專業,迅速地將肉片一塊一塊的夾到鐵網,盯著烤網的同時也悠哉地跟我們聊天,並抓好時間在恰當的時機將烤肉夾起、分配給每個人享用。

即便這邊是有用餐時間限制,店員並不會急著要幫我們烤完,會等我們吃到一定程度了再詢問是否可以接著烤,我覺得她時間掌握地很好,不會讓人覺得趕。

還記得之前在高雄吃過的燒肉店店員也會幫忙烤肉,但烤肉速度頗快,中間沒有什麼停頓,吃起來有種不得閒的匆促感。

肉片放上烤網後滋滋作響,不用多久血水慢慢從表面滲出,翻面後再烤一下就可以夾起,真是讓人迫不及待,快讓我吃阿阿阿。


 ▌翼板燒肉


翼板牛是肩胛肉的部位,有如大理石的油花,分佈均勻,不會特定集中在某個區塊,所以吃起來不會膩,吃起來軟嫩多汁,超美味;

店員還建議搭配鹽昆布食用,和一般灑上的調味鹽不同,吃起來別有一番風味。


 ▌鹽蔥上牛舌片

很喜歡牛舌有別於其他部位的口感與味道,因此來燒烤店必點牛舌,似乎變成了我跟老婆的默契,好想念日本京都吃到的神之牛舌阿~~~;

好的,不能歪樓,畢竟價格是完全不對等的,因為我們也沒點店內最貴的牛舌(巴頭)。


 ▌雞肉雙拼拼盤(國產桂丁雞)、雞軟骨

店內的雞肉拼盤是國產的桂丁雞,價格較一般的雞肉高,吃起來肉質很軟嫩、不柴,個人覺得比起牛肉與豬肉原味吃就很好吃,雞肉似乎沾醬或灑上調味粉後會比較有味道,大家來㕩肉舖Pankoko可以吃看看桂丁雞;

雞軟骨也是老婆的心頭好,不過火侯我覺得很難拿捏,自己烤總是烤焦或半生不熟,今天有專業的店員幫忙,我們只要沾喜歡的調味粉和負責吃就好了。


 ▌烤櫛瓜

吃了一堆肉,點個烤櫛瓜清爽一下,不要烤太過,咬下去還有脆脆的口感很好吃。


 ▌奶香憨吉燒

點憨吉燒是一種在吃飯後甜點,想解個膩的感覺XD,放在烤網上烤個10分鐘,將鋁箔紙移除後充分攪拌均勻,甜甜的帶點鹹很好吃,有種幸福的感覺。


 ▌飲料(蜜萃冷烏、小農檸檬汁)


 ▌用餐心得

這次是第二次前來 㕩肉舖 Pankoko 用餐,整體環境很不錯,位置雖然不多,但相對的也不會嘈雜(當然遇到比較大聲的客人就…),百年老厝配上裝潢讓用餐環境很有氛圍,服務人員也很親切,代客燒烤都能處理地恰倒好處,對於不善燒烤的客人(ex.我)很加分。

肉品的部份個人比較偏好牛肉與豬肉,當然雞肉也不錯吃(純粹個人喜好)。

食材也很新鮮,而且菜單選項很多,最近看店家FB發現又更新菜單了;只來吃個兩次實在很難吃過一輪,等之後有機會還要再來。
